Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
There is no free trial, but our Free plan lets you experience the core platform indefinitely at no cost before upgrading.
Are there refunds for downgrades?
Pro-rata cash refunds for downgrades are not supported. Payments are final and applied to the current billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
Subscriptions are processed via Paystack, supporting card payments and bank transfers in Naira.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your existing data is preserved. You simply won't be able to add more items beyond your new plan's limits until you upgrade again.
